We do a telephone interview prior to accepting a deposit. We want to ensure we are going to meet your expectations and get the right pet into your home! We will require a specific food and vitamin regimen for the first year as part of the adoption contract. We do this to ensure your new fragile baby has the best chance of life in the first year! Since we are guaranteeing their health, we want to ensure any illness isn't caused by lack of nutrition or gastro intestinal issues. We do require proof of purchase prior to puppy pickup day.

Any opportunities to reserve a puppy will be announced via facebook. Live video feeds, photos, contracts, puppy information, etc. Our puppies are often reserved in minutes, so be the first to know and make sure you like, and follow our page to get notifications when we post! If you haven't given us a deposit, we don't do call backs! Facebook is the only way to know!

Each family will come to our home at 8 weeks of age and choose their requested gender puppy in the order their deposits were received. We don't allow visitors into our home until then. We provide live video feeds and photos via facebook so you can watch them grow and be prepared when the day comes! We have plenty of reviews and references on our facebook page, and all our deposits are handled via PayPal so you can feel secure with us. Balances for your puppy adoption are paid in cash, cashiers check, or money order, sorry no personal checks, and this is final sale.

All our puppies are reserved prior to 8 weeks with a committed DEPOSIT. They sell out very fast. When we don't have puppies available for adoption, we accept a limited number of deposits for pre-reservations on our waiting list. This is your best chance at getting "first pick"! Once the next litter is born, those on the waiting list will be contacted first, and then remaining puppies available will be offered for reservation. Deposits are not refundable. We only commit to breed our girls when we have enough deposits. We also want to ensure we aren't looking for new families last minute and leaving little ones without new homes. We are committed to you, we want you to be committed to the puppy.

All our puppies come with a 1 year health guarantee. Spending your hard earned money on a living thing can be risky. Bones has your back. If your puppy is diagnosed with a terminal condition within the first year of life, we will give you a new puppy. We do recommend pet insurance to protect against injury, animal virus, and regular pet maintenance since this is not part of our health guarantee.
